Missions

Speak Life is involved in both local and foreign missions.

SLCC is involved with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Carolina Baptist Association, Camp GLOW, Interfaith Assistance Ministry's Souper Bowl collection, Hospice Care boxes, Hunger Coalition, and FaithConnect, among others. Speak Life also enjoys partnering with other local churches, sponsoring community outreach initiatives, sponsoring youth to go to Christian and sports summer camps, and other outreach opportunities within our local community.

SLCC also supports St. Jude's Hospital, our Cuba sister church, Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes, Hope Coalition, Back on Track Ministries, Open Arms, Hendersonville Rescue Mission, Boys & Girls Club, the Special Olympics, WNC Source, and Shriner's Hospital.

The church also started a clothing closet in 2023, and has provided coats, shoes, and much more to families in need across our county.
